No. If you inform us in time about the delay the reservation will be transferred to the new arrival time. If due to the delay the collection is made outside of business hours (between 10 pm and 8 am) you will be charged an additional 14 euros in the final price.

There is no limit to the kilometers.
The return of the rented car can be done in another location. However if this location is not in the areas covered by ABC Rentals there may be an additional charge
If your hotel is located in an area served by ABC Rentals, we will pick up the car at your hotel and you can return it there by handing over the keys to the front desk at the end of the rental. If your hotel is in a non-ABC Rentals area, additional charges may apply.
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel. If the car is returned with more fuel, there is no refund. If the car is returned with less fuel, then you will be charged the fuel up to the amount you received and in addition you will be charged an amount of time that the employee will need to go to the gas station and return.
The transport and use of the vehicle outside the island of Crete is prohibited. In addition, there is no rental for international routes.

If you wish to extend your booking, you must inform ABC Rentals 24 hours before the end of the rental. Station contact numbers will be provided on the day of rental.
In the event of an accident or damage, you must notify ABC Rentals immediately. Explain the case to our representative in as much detail as possible. ABC Rentals will send help as soon as possible. It should stay in your vehicle until help arrives. If the car cannot be repaired on the spot, the vehicle will be replaced.
If you lose your car key you will need to notify ABC Rentals to get a new key. The loss of the key is not covered by the insurance, and you bear the cost of replacement.
You can fill in the form on the home page, date, time and location of receipt and it will show you the available cars from the cheapest to the most expensive.
Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis. The return of the car can not exceed 2 hours from the respective time of receipt. For example, if the receipt is made on 10/5 at 10:00 and the return is made on 12/5 until 12:00, the rent is for 2 days. If the return is made on 12/5 at 18:00 the rental is
for 3 days.
All drivers must be 21 years of age and hold a driver’s license for at least 12 months to rent a car at ABC Rentals
The first 2 guides are free. The 3rd driver has an additional charge of 1.5 euros / day.
According to Greek and international legislation for the safe movement of minors, children up to 12 years old need the appropriate child seat. We provide baby seats for free, and child seats are available for 2 euros per day.
Prices include risky CDW insurance. The amount of risk depends on the car category. Credit card is required as collateral. Full risk (FDW) with zero risk is also available where
credit card as collateral is not required. Both CDW and FDW do not cover damage to tires, windows and mirrors, as well as the underside of the car.
No, no deposit is required, except in special cases and upon notification by the competent Reservations Department. Payment is made on the day of receipt of the vehicle.
There is no charge in case of cancellation of the reservation. However, you must inform us at least 2 days before the start of the rental.
