Our offices are open between 8 in the morning and 10 in the evening. Overtime services between 10:15 pm and 07:45 am are charged extra. During your booking and if you have chosen overtime services, you are informed about the extra cost if any.
No, if you inform us in time about the delay the reservation will be transferred to the new arrival time. If due to the delay the collection is made outside of business hours (between 10:15 pm and 07:45 am) you will be charged in the final price.
Unfortunately not it is prohibited by law. However, if another member of your company has a driver’s license and wants to drive, rent can be done.

The pick up and drop off can be done in different locations. However if this location is not in the areas covered by ABC Rentals there may be an additional charge.
If your hotel is located in an area served by ABC Rentals, we will pick up the car at your hotel and you can return it there by handing over the keys to the reception at the end of the rental. If your hotel is in a non-ABC Rentals area, additional charges may apply.
Ale Fahrzeuge müssen mit der selben Füllmenge an Treibstoff abgegeben werden. Sollte der Tank voller sein, gibt es keine Rückerstattungen. Sollte der Tank leerer sein, müssen Sie den zusätzlich benötigten Treibstoff sowie die Arbeitszeit für das Auftanken durch einen Mitarbeiter von uns bezahlen.
Der Transport sowie die Nutzung des Fahrzeuges außerhalb von Kreta ist untersagt. Zusätzlich dazu gibt es keine Mieten für internationale Reisen.

Wenn Sie Ihre Buchung verlängern wollen, müssen Sie ABC Rentals 24 Stunden vor Ende Ihres Buchungszeitraumes informieren. Kontaktnummern werden am Tag der Anmietung mitgeteilt.
Im Falle eines Unfalles oder Schadens am Fahrzeug müssen Sie ABC Rentals umgehend informieren. Erklären Sie dem Kundenbearbeiter den Fall so detailliert wie möglich. ABC Rentals schickt sobald wie möglich Hilfe. Sie sollten bis zum Eintreffen der Hilfe im Auto verweilen. Sollte Ihr Auto vor Ort nicht repariert werden, wird es ersetzt.
Wenn Sie den Autoschlüssel verlieren, müssen Sie ABC Rentals kontaktieren, um einen neuen Schlüssel zu erhalten. Der Verlust des Schlüssels wird nicht von der Versicherung gedeckt und Sie müssen für die Kosten des Ersatzes selbst aufkommen.

Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis. The return of the car can not exceed 1 hours from the respective time of receipt. For example, if the pick-up is made on 10/5 at 10:00 and the drop-off is made on 12/5 until 11:00, the rent is for 2 days. If the drop-off is made on 12/5 at 12:00 the rental is
for 3 days.
All drivers must be 24-75 years of age and hold a driver’s license for at least 12 months to rent a car at ABC Rentals.
Drivers at the age of 20-23, with a valid driving license of at least 1 year or more, and at the age of 76-80, must choose the Age Limit Insurance for an additional cost.
The first 2 guides are free. The 3rd driver has an additional charge of 2 euros / day.

Prices include CDW insurance with Excess . The amount of risk depends on the car category. Credit or Debit card is required for the depositl. Full risk (FCDW / SCDW) with ZERO Excess is also available in which case no credit or debit card as is required. Both CDW and FDW do not cover damage to wheels, tires, as well as the underside of the car.
For the confirmation of the booking a 20% payment in advance is required which can be made via card, paypal or bank transfer.
