No, if you inform us in time about the delay the reservation will be transferred to the new arrival time. If due to the delay the collection is made outside of business hours (between 10:15 pm and 07:45 am) you will be charged in the final price.

Qualora avvenisse un incidente o vi fossero danni all'auto bisogna comunicarlo immediatamente ad ABC Rentals. Si dovrà poi spiegare dettagliatamente al nostro rappresentante l'accaduto in modo più dettagliato possibile. ABC Rentals invierà aiuto il più in fretta possibile. Siete pregati di rimanere all'interno del veicolo fino all'arrivo del supporto. Se l'auto non può essere riparata al momento, il veicolo verrà sostituito.
Se perdi le chiavi della macchina devi informare ABC Rentals per riceverne una nuova. La perdita della chiave non è coperta dall'assicurazione e dovrai pagare il costo del rimpiazzo.
