Première location pour notre part,le fait que Patrick parle français à été décisif pour mon choix. Il est toujours facile de dire que tout est super quand tout se passe bien mais je voulais témoigner de mon expérience après avoir abîmé la voiture avec gros frottage, porte, aile et pare-choc la veille de rendre la voiture. Nous avions réservé avec une carte de crédit, BNP premier, en arrivant, constatation des dégâts, photos contact du réparateur en direct, devis oral en direct 300 euros, retrait en liquide à l'aéroport car pas le temps d'aller à l'agence pour payer en carte bleu... Situation facilité grâce à Patrick qui parle français, beaucoup de bienveillance et de transparence, on a choisi de faire confiance, comme promis facture des réparations, attestation de paiement dans les 4 h. Tout ça envoyé à mon assurance carte bleu qui nous a remboursé intégralement les 300 euros. Pour vous dire oui allez y les yeux fermés, ils sont réglo, n'abusent pas. Świetna wypożyczalnia. Znaleźliśmy ją w Internecie. Wynajęliśmy VW UP. Autko czyste, zadbane i przyjemnie się nim jeździło. Jak na środek sezonu (końcówka lipca) cena również nie była wysoka. Polecam wybrać sobie opcję z ubezpieczeniem. Można wtedy jeździć ze spokojną głową ze ktoś coś uszkodzi albo że sam coś uszkodzę. To ubezpieczeni w naszym przypadku kosztowało około 35 euro więcej za cały czas wynajmu (6dni). Nie trzeba było też zostawiać depozytu. Ubezpieczenie jedynie nie uwzględnia uszkodzenia podwozia oraz opon. Wszystkie pozostałe aspekty uwzględniało. Auto podstawili nam praktycznie pod mieszkanie i podobnie było z odstawieniem auta. Bardzo fajni i mili ludzie. Serdecznie polecam.

Great service, good prices, no holding deposits and new car Picked up the car at the airport and returned it in another city which was very convenient for those traveling around. The staff was very attentive and always on hand Raphael and Demi were very helpful and patient . 10/10 I will be using you again

Alles super! Innerhalb von 30min konnten wir das Auto ohne Problem mitnehmen. Wir mussten einen Tag vor der Abgabe den Rückgabe Ort ändern, weil sich unsere Flugzeiten geändert hatten, auch hier kein Problem, keine Extra Kosten. Haben für 9 Tage, 287€ MIT VOLLKASKO!!!! (10€ pro Tag ist billig, da gabs teurere die mich abgeschreckt haben) für nen süßen citrön bezahlt. Hat uns von A nach B gebracht. Da hat Insel Erkunden auch echt Spaß gemacht. Nur Empfehlenswert.
