Our offices are open between 8 in the morning and 10 in the evening. Overtime services between 10:15 pm and 07:45 am are charged extra. During your booking and if you have chosen overtime services, you are informed about the extra cost if any.
No, if you inform us in time about the delay the reservation will be transferred to the new arrival time. If due to the delay the collection is made outside of business hours (between 10:15 pm and 07:45 am) you will be charged in the final price.
Unfortunately not it is prohibited by law. However, if another member of your company has a driver’s license and wants to drive, rent can be done.

The pick up and drop off can be done in different locations. However if this location is not in the areas covered by ABC Rentals there may be an additional charge.
If your hotel is located in an area served by ABC Rentals, we will pick up the car at your hotel and you can return it there by handing over the keys to the reception at the end of the rental. If your hotel is in a non-ABC Rentals area, additional charges may apply.
Όλα τα οχήματα πρέπει να επιστραφούν με την ίδια ποσότητα καυσίμου. Εάν το αυτοκίνητο επιστραφεί με περισσότερα καύσιμα, δεν υπάρχει επιστροφή χρημάτων Εάν το αυτοκίνητο επιστραφεί με λιγότερα καύσιμα, τότε θα χρεωθείτε το καύσιμο μέχρι το ποσό που λάβατε και επιπλέον θα χρεωθείτε για το χρονικό διάστημα που ο υπάλληλος θα χρειαστεί να πάει στο βενζινάδικο και να επιστρέψει.
Απαγορεύεται η μεταφορά και χρήση του οχήματος έξω από το νησί της Κρήτης. Επιπλέον, δεν υπάρχει ενοικίαση για διεθνή δρομολόγια.

Όπως συμβαίνει με όλες τις εταιρείες ενοικίασης, επιβεβαιώνεται μόνο η κατηγορία του αυτοκινήτου και όχι ένα συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο.
Εάν επιθυμείτε να επεκτείνετε την κράτησή σας, πρέπει να ενημερώσετε την ABC Rentals 24 ώρες πριν από το τέλος της ενοικίασης. Οι αριθμοί επικοινωνίας του σταθμού θα δοθούν την ημέρα της ενοικίασης.
Σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος ή ζημιάς, πρέπει να ενημερώσετε αμέσως την ABC Rentals. Εξηγήστε την υπόθεση στον εκπρόσωπό μας όσο το δυνατόν λεπτομερέστερα. Η ABC Rentals θα στείλει βοήθεια το συντομότερο δυνατό. Θα πρέπει να παραμείνει στο όχημά σας μέχρι να φτάσει η βοήθεια. Εάν το αυτοκίνητο δεν μπορεί να επισκευαστεί επί τόπου, το όχημα θα αντικατασταθεί.
Εάν χάσετε το κλειδί του αυτοκινήτου σας, θα πρέπει να ειδοποιήσετε την ABC Rentals για να λάβετε ένα νέο κλειδί. Η απώλεια του κλειδιού δεν καλύπτεται από την ασφάλιση και επιβαρύνεστε με το κόστος αντικατάστασης.
Μπορείτε να συμπληρώσετε τη φόρμα στην αρχική σελίδα, την ημερομηνία, την ώρα και την τοποθεσία παραλαβής και θα σας δείξει τα διαθέσιμα αυτοκίνητα από τα φθηνότερα έως τα πιο ακριβά.
Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis. The return of the car can not exceed 1 hours from the respective time of receipt. For example, if the pick-up is made on 10/5 at 10:00 and the drop-off is made on 12/5 until 11:00, the rent is for 2 days. If the drop-off is made on 12/5 at 12:00 the rental is
for 3 days.
All drivers must be 24-75 years of age and hold a driver’s license for at least 12 months to rent a car at ABC Rentals.
Drivers at the age of 20-23, with a valid driving license of at least 1 year or more, and at the age of 76-80, must choose the Age Limit Insurance for an additional cost.
The first 2 guides are free. The 3rd driver has an additional charge of 2 euros / day.
Σύμφωνα με την ελληνική και διεθνή νομοθεσία για την ασφαλή κυκλοφορία ανηλίκων, τα παιδιά έως 12 ετών χρειάζονται το κατάλληλο παιδικό κάθισμα. Παρέχουμε δωρεάν παιδικά καθίσματα και παιδικά καθίσματα είναι διαθέσιμα για 2 ευρώ την ημέρα.
Prices include CDW insurance with Excess . The amount of risk depends on the car category. Credit or Debit card is required for the depositl. Full risk (FCDW / SCDW) with ZERO Excess is also available in which case no credit or debit card as is required. Both CDW and FDW do not cover damage to wheels, tires, as well as the underside of the car.
For the confirmation of the booking a 20% payment in advance is required which can be made via card, paypal or bank transfer.
